Cookie Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage) work in the same way. They can be "strictly necessary" for the site to work, or "non-essential" (analytics, advertising, personalisation) which under the ePrivacy Regulations (S.I. 336/2011) and the GDPR require your prior opt-in consent.
2. What we use
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries. These are exempt from consent under Regulation 5(5) of S.I. 336/2011 because they are required to deliver the service you have requested.
| Name / type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session & security tokens (hosting platform) | Site delivery, security, DDoS & abuse protection. | Session |
| Form state (local storage) | Preserves your progress inside our quote & proposal forms. | Until you leave the form or clear browser data |
| Uploaded-file references | Links your uploads to your quote submission until sent. | Session |
3. What we do NOT use
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or any Google advertising cookies.
- Meta Pixel / Facebook Pixel / TikTok Pixel / LinkedIn Insight.
- Third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.
- Marketing / newsletter tracking pixels.
Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie banner is legally required. If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will show a GDPR-compliant consent banner and update this policy first.
4. Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site (for example the quote forms) from working correctly.
