1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of luxurybusinesssigns.com (the "Site") operated by Luxury Business Signs Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, quote or proposal request, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is an informational and lead-capture platform showcasing our signage, branding and business growth services. It is not an e-commerce checkout; no payments are collected on the Site. All quotations are indicative until a written project agreement is signed by both parties.

3. Enquiries & quotes

When you submit a proposal request, signage quote, contact form or file upload, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to share any images, logos or artwork you upload and grant us a limited licence to use them solely to prepare your quote and proposal.
• Submitting a form does not create a binding contract. A binding contract only arises once we and you have signed a written order or engagement letter.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including copy, imagery, portfolio photography, logos, designs, videos and the site's underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Luxury Business Signs Ireland and is protected by Irish and international intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or its forms in any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive way.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or malicious.
• Introduce viruses, malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Send spam, marketing or bulk unsolicited messages via any Site channel.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
